About me

Hi! I am a very busy woman with a full; happy life. I teach middle school and I thoroughly enjoy what I do. I am one of those rare people that feels privileged to get paid to do something fun all day. I have been told that I am either insane or a saint for teaching middle schoolers; and I have finally come to the conclusion that it's probably a little of both. *grin*I belong to a group that recreates medieval times. I am basically a sci-fi geek; and proud of it! As for music; I like old punk and 80's alternative. I teach Business Ed and I am a technology coach; so I also love computers. I enjoy cooking; reading; and swimming.

About you

What I am searching for...Well; honestly; life is pretty darn great just as it is. The only thing that I would like to change is to go out now and then. The guy I am looking for needs to have a weird; twisted sense of humor; intelligence (hey; if a chick is working on her Master's degree she wants to be able to talk to her guy about more than the weather!). He needs to understand that I have children; although I am not looking for a father for my kids. Also; he needs to be *somewhat* responsible - hopefully NOT living with his parents; and he needs to have a job. It is also important to me that he actually has something in common with me - I really don't click with 'country boys' that love to hunt and watch Nascar.
